Using the website
The site is provided for information about our studio and so you can book a session or (when the shop is open) place an order. We may change or withdraw pages without notice. We try to keep information accurate; prices and availability on the live booking or shop pages take precedence over older marketing copy.
You must not misuse the site — including attempting to break security, scrape it aggressively, or post unlawful or abusive content through a form.
Bookings
A booking is an offer to buy a session at the studio (or a remote session, where we offer one). When you complete checkout, a contract is formed for that session. Deposits, where shown, are taken through Stripe; the balance is due as stated on the booking page, usually at the studio. Cancellation and rescheduling follow the rules shown at checkout and in the confirmation email.
Sessions are physical services. If you have an injury or a medical condition that might affect a bike fit, a test or training, tell us before you attend. We are not a medical practice.
Shop
While the shop is marked “coming soon” you cannot place a public order. When it is open, products are sold as described on the product page. Collection is at the studio in Conceição de Tavira; shipping, when offered, is priced at checkout. We do not take a deposit on shop products. Title and risk pass as described at checkout and in the order confirmation.
Intellectual property
The site design, copy, photographs and logo belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You may not copy them for a commercial purpose without permission. Blog articles may be shared with credit and a link; they may not be republished in full.
Third-party links
Links to Instagram, Facebook, TrainingPeaks, LinkedIn, Stripe or OpenStreetMap leave our site. We are not responsible for those services.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for the site being temporarily unavailable.
If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected. UK consumers keep the rights they have under UK consumer law; EEA consumers keep the rights they have where they live.
Governing law
We operate from Portugal. Contracts for sessions and for goods collected or shipped from the studio are governed by Portuguese law, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. These website terms are written in UK English for readers who use that language.
